Throw bags
Throw bags -- lifeline for whitewater paddlers
A throw bag is part of every whitewater paddler's essential kit. We carry throw bags from HF, Astral and Palm in various rope lengths -- from compact backup bags to large-volume rescue throw bags.
What to look for: rope length (15 to 25 metres depending on use), rope diameter and throw characteristics. Shorter throw bags work as backups or for tight gorges, longer ones for wider rivers and rafting operations.
Complement your throw bag with the right safety accessories like carabiners and pulleys.
