Especially on warmer paddling days, it makes sense to wear the lightweight
Sweet Hunter Merino Longsleeve under your dry suit or dry jacket. Merino naturally regulates body temperature. The fabric feels extremely comfortable on the skin and dries quickly. But the shirt isn't only suited for kayaking — whether ski touring in winter, biking or hiking, it's a brilliant layer.
This shirt is also available for
men.
Care Instructions
Merino is a natural fibre. To ensure the longest possible lifespan, you need to follow a few simple care points. Since merino wool is a super fibre, it's not necessary to throw the shirt in the washing machine after every use. Often it's enough to hang it up and air it for a few days. If you do want to wash it, do so either by hand or on a wool cycle. For hand washing, simply fill the basin with lukewarm(!) water, add some wool detergent and let the shirt soak for about 20 minutes. Then gently squeeze out the liquid (DO NOT wring!). Place the shirt on a dry towel, roll up, press, unroll and ideally let the shirt dry flat.
If machine washing, make sure not to wash it together with items that have zips or hook-and-loop closures. Ideally, put the shirt in a laundry bag. And very importantly: do not spin dry. Please don't iron the shirt.
