NEW: WAKA KAYAKS SKUXX
“I didn't choose the Skuxx life, the Skuxx life chose me.”
Hunt for the Wilderpeople (2016)
Creek boats and river runners are the workhorses of whitewater paddling. They offer stability, buoyancy and safety in challenging whitewater -- from technical class III to steep class V creeks. Our range includes proven models from Waka (Tuna, Gangsta), DragoRossi, Pyranha and Lettmann.
The difference? Creek boats are higher-volume, have more buoyancy and are more forgiving -- ideal for steep, boulder-choked whitewater. River runners are a bit sleeker and more agile, perfect for classic whitewater rivers where you need speed and manoeuvrability.
Which boat suits you depends on your paddling terrain, your weight and your style. Come visit us at Lake Natterer near Innsbruck and try your dream boat on the water -- our test centre makes it possible. We give honest advice based on our own paddling experience.
Looking for a playful boat for waves and holes? Then check out our River Play & Slicey kayaks. You can find all whitewater kayaks in the full overview.
River play and slicey boats bring the fun factor to the water. These kayaks are made for surfing waves, playing in holes and throwing tricks on the river. They combine the river-running capability of a river runner with the playful character of a playboat.
A slicey typically has less volume in the bow and stern than a classic river runner. This lets you dive under, cartwheel and pull stern squirts more easily -- without sacrificing river performance. The boats in this category are ideal for paddlers who don't just want to run the river, but hit every play spot along the way.
At our test centre at Lake Natterer, you can compare different models directly on the water. We help you find the right boat size and model for your weight and paddling style.
For dedicated competition freestylers, we have a separate freestyle kayaks section. If you are looking for a more stable boat for whitewater runs, check out our creek boats & river runners.

In whitewater, you need a paddle you can rely on. It has to pull powerfully, brace precisely and withstand rock hits -- all at the lowest possible weight. Our whitewater paddles from Lettmann, Werner and Galasport meet exactly these demands.
The range extends from high-end carbon paddles for weight-conscious paddlers to robust fibreglass models that handle even the hardest use. Different blade shapes -- from powerful-asymmetric to balanced -- offer the right option for every paddling style.
Choosing the right whitewater paddle comes down to shaft length, blade size, feather angle and material. Sounds complicated? It isn't -- we advise you personally and find the optimal setup for you in just a few minutes.
For children and teenagers, we have dedicated kids' paddles in adapted sizes. Prefer a more relaxed paddle on lakes? Then check out our recreational paddles.
A drysuit is the most important piece of gear for dedicated kayakers. It keeps you completely dry, even during capsizes in ice-cold water -- and can be lifesaving in an emergency. Anyone who paddles regularly will eventually need a good drysuit.
With us, you will find drysuits from Kokatat, Immersion Research, Palm, Sandiline and NRS -- the best brands on the market. From entry-level models with neoprene gaskets to high-end suits with GORE-TEX and latex seals, we offer the right solution for every budget and requirement.
The differences are in the details: membrane material and breathability, type of gaskets, zip position and freedom of movement. Since a drysuit is a significant investment, we take extra time for advice at our shop in Natters. Fit and function have to be right -- try on different models with us.
Don't forget the right base layer -- it largely determines how warm you stay in your drysuit. Neoprene socks and gloves are also part of the complete setup.
Neoprene is the classic for water sports: it keeps you warm, even when wet. For kayakers, canoeists and stand-up paddlers, we offer a wide range of neoprene clothing -- from short neoprene shorts for summer days to full neoprene suits for cooler conditions.
Our neoprene range includes products from Sandiline, Langer, NRS and Palm. Neoprene long johns, neoprene shorts, neoprene tops and complete neoprene suits in various thicknesses -- depending on water temperature and intended use, you choose the right combination.
Neoprene is particularly well-suited when you have a lot of water contact -- for example in whitewater kayaking, playboating or SUP. Unlike a drysuit, neoprene continues to keep you warm even when wet and also provides some padding and UV protection.
Not sure whether neoprene or a drysuit is the right choice? Visit us at our shop in Natters near Innsbruck -- we will help you find the best solution for your needs. For kids, we have a dedicated kids' collection with the right sizes.
Sometimes it's the little things that make a big difference. Here you will find practical accessories: nose clips, ear plugs, repair kits, stickers, care products and much more.
Nose clips and ear plugs protect you during Eskimo rolls. Repair kits help you quickly fix minor damage to your kayak yourself.
