The ECKLA Multi vertical support is extremely practical when you want to transport more than two kayaks on the car roof at the same time. However, permanently mounted vertical supports aren't practical for everyone — sometimes the garage ceiling is too low, or you want to save a bit of fuel. The swivelling supports from
ECKLA are a very comfortable solution for this.
Depending on your roof rack, the supports are available in two versions: for roof racks with T-slot systems or for roof racks with rectangular cross-sections (max. 30 x 20 mm, e.g. Thule standard profile). This covers almost all common roof rack types.
The supports are 40 cm long and rubberised along their entire length, protecting the kayak from abrasion. At the ends, there are two attachment eyelets for
tie-down straps. The large knob for the swivel mechanism is easy to grip and sits comfortably in the hand.
