Description
There are plenty of arguments against latex gaskets: not exactly skin-friendly and rather maintenance-intensive. That's why we carry the Sandiline Advanced 3L dry suit in our range. Instead of latex, it has a double neoprene gasket at the neck. This is also watertight and much more comfortable to wear. On top of that, you don't need to replace it regularly like latex gaskets. At the wrists, the suit does use double gaskets made of latex and neoprene — because latex simply seals much better there.
Entry on this suit works the same as the Sandiline Black Edition dry suit: via a zip around the midsection. The advantage is that no zip restricts the freedom of movement of shoulders and arms. To achieve a more affordable price, Sandiline omits the relief zip on this suit. The booties are included, so — apart from the neck gasket — it's a fully-fledged dry suit.
At the elbows and seat, the suit is reinforced with Cordura for durability and toughness. The suit also has a double tunnel, making it perfect for kayaking and packrafting. The outer tunnel can be individually adjusted with hook-and-loop closure.
The material used is the same 3-layer material as in the Sandiline SemiDry jacket.
