The Lettmann Rocky is a forgiving boat — but without the characteristics you'd normally associate with that label (sluggish and cumbersome). The Rocky is fast, manoeuvrable, easy to accelerate, has enough rocker to always keep the bow up, and has absolutely no sneaky habits.
On technical rivers, the Rocky glides smoothly from ledge to pool, and even a powerful Mittlere Ötz doesn't faze it one bit (we tested both, of course). After landings, the boat pushes on with motivation, and the round hull keeps it steerable even in boily water.
The Lettmann Rocky is available in three sizes. Size L is perfect for average-weight paddlers, size M is ideal for small people up to 65 kg, and with size XL, even large people have a kayak they can actually fit into. Thanks to the variable-thickness thigh braces, people with stronger thighs also have plenty of room ("thick" refers to the thickness of the braces, not the person. People with thin thighs need the "thick" braces and vice versa. Confusing? Give us a call and we'll happily explain it all again.).
Worth highlighting for small and light people: The Rocky M actually fits — even the footrest. It takes hardly any effort to get it anywhere, and even when the captain only weighs 50 kg, it follows every movement of the upper body.
