Whether as a spare parts solution or because the original is annoying: try the Immersion Research Forward Adjust back strap. The set fits almost all modern whitewater kayaks. Thanks to the patented ratchet system, the strap stays in position. The super comfortable backrest is made from padded plastic covered in neoprene. It's slightly lower than typical backrests, providing the necessary lower back support without restricting freedom of movement. It also allows quick access to gear stored at the rear of the boat.
The back strap is only suitable for boats that already come with a back strap system from the manufacturer! If this is not the case, we must advise against installation, as too much tension could be placed on the thigh braces.
