While winter in the mountains lays the ideal foundation for a perfect 2021 season, our long-awaited new arrivals from Waka Kayaks have finally arrived. Delivered by Mr. Kenny Mutton himself, we've had several test boats in our possession for a few days now and have already been able to try them out at the Wellerbrücke bridge and in the Imster Gorge.
The Waka GOAT is a playful river runner, and the Waka Billy GOAT – its big brother for rougher terrain – is a new creek boat entering the kayak market. Over a year was spent developing, simulating, and shaping these kayaks to fill the gaps in the current whitewater range.
Built on the same hull design, both boats feature a flat bottom and clearly defined edges for excellent stability while maintaining maneuverability. Boofs, flat spins, and enjoyable surfing on waves around the world are second nature to both boats.
Waka Kayaks GOAT
Fans of the undercut and the star squirt will find an ally in the GOAT , one that not only enhances their home run but also won't let them down in more challenging whitewater. Designed as a smaller version of the Steeze, this river runner stands for maximum fun and excellent whitewater capability.
Waka Kayaks Billy GOAT
The Billy GOAT, on the other hand, trades acrobatics for speed and acceleration. Equipped with a significantly more voluminous tail and more rocker, it's a very fast and agile creek boat that thrives on rapids and plenty of water.
He has the ideal ingredients of a future racing champion for light and medium-weight paddlers!
Now available as test boats
