Payment:
Payment for goods delivered by us is possible in cash, by PayPal or on account.
In the event of incomprehensible delivery addresses or higher order values, we reserve the right to deliver only against advance payment or cash on delivery.
Privacy:
Your data will not be passed on to third parties. They are used exclusively for the processing of purchases and contracts.
Ownership:
We retain ownership of the delivered item until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Delivery/Shipping:
Shipments are made by GLS or freight forwarder. We ship to your home address or a specified, different delivery address. Upon acceptance of the package, the risk of loss or damage passes from the carrier to you.
Therefore, please check the shipment for integrity and completeness immediately upon acceptance. If the package is damaged, please report this immediately to the carrier and inform us!
Costs of return shipping costs in the event of revocation by the buyer:
In the event of a revocation, the buyer will bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered.
Prices:
All prices in our online shop are in EURO.
Shipping costs:
For deliveries of less than € 100.00 we charge € 5.00 postage and packaging fee within Austria. For deliveries of less than € 100.00 we charge € 6.00 postage and packaging fee to Germany.
Deliveries over € 100.00 are carriage paid within Austria and Germany (please inquire about shipping costs to other European countries by email).
Exception: Boats and paddles - here actual shipping costs will be charged (please inquire by e-mail before purchase).
Contract:
A purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order. We will do this by sending you an email notifying you that we have dispatched the goods to you, or, failing to do so, by sending the goods.
Other:
Austrian law applies. The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is – unless the law provides otherwise – Innsbruck.
